I have a very tidy desk this morning, Gosh what's wrong, not like me' Had a rearrange, something I used to do frequently years gone by, hubby always said he never seemed to come home and find things in the same place. That all changed when M.E, come knocking on my door. Not important any more keeping everything tidy, like to use my energy doing things I enjoy nowadays. Bought the tote to try and be more organised and so far seems to be working but since I only got it on Saturday it's earl;y days I think. Made a DT card yesterday and it just seemed right putting everything back in it's place. Now how long will that last! My it takes up quite a lot of space but least everything is at hand. . Had a brainwave on Saturday evening, not something that happens often so jumped in feet first and ordered a rotating cake stand. Thought I could set my tote on it and I could just whizz it around and find what was needed. Well it arrived yesterday morning,
it works a treat. Attached it to the bottom of the tote with extra strong sticky tape. Have now got myself a carousel tote caddy.
Right now for the fun part. Off to have a nosey round WOYWW over at Julia's Stamping Ground

What a fab idea to use a cake turntable! Yes, it is a CD rack - it has my overflow Copics in it as well as a lot of other things - haven't quite decided what to use it for yet!

Waht a great idea Carol. Love it. Everything nice and neat and tidy and easy to find. I've pinched Kath's idea for keeping my Hero Arts in "Really Useful Boxes", makes stamps really easy to find now. Pity about the wooden ones in drawers lol!

nice and neat! Love it. Love all the colored pencils and tools so handy. I have one of those things that fits on the bottom of a tote but it doesn't fit my tote. UGH!!

just found your blog, love your cards. I know its too late to tell you now (as you have already purchased your cake rotating stand) but they do a rotating stand for the tote, its plastic and very shallow so doesn't take up much room, it whizz's round a treat. Perhaps you can dual purpose the cake stand, use it for your tote bag, and decorating cakes.
