Well I've been having a bit of a tidy up and have collected a few bits and pieces together to give away. Trying to keep busy busy! Have taken the plunge and stopped smoking. Slapped a patch on so no going back, Goodbye to standing out in the cold and all the other nasties that go along with it and hello to freedom. Hope I feel as possitive in the morning!
To be in with a chance of winning my candy all you need to do is

good for you quine, I have to admit - it's the best thing I ever did, over a year and a half now since I stopped smoking. All of my friends thought I'd be the last one to stop too.
I found ordinary chewing gum helped, or raw carrots to munch.

Good luck with your challenge lol... i am sure you can do it .. and when you have a craving.. just go make a card or colour in... thats what i try to do when i want to eat!
