Shabby Chic

Hello, been having an afternoon crafting and my card is nothing like what I started out to create. Started with a cutie image and some papers and got side tracked  and ended up with this. Was going to be white on white but when I brought out these yummy flowers,  decided to match them up with papers.

White on White

Hello, a real quickie today, off out for lunch, in by craft shop and babysitting my two adorable cuties later while Dad and Mum go out for a meal to celebrate Dad's birthday. I have to confess, I bought a card. The first in about five years, oh dear!
Okay my card was made last minute, my friend texted to ask if I was coming in by with it on Monday! Eh, nooooo! Was still in my imagination, crikey, had to get my skates on and another kick up the bum . Had two to make so went down the simple road and die cuts and embossing folders. She loves this kinda style and she loved this. Great.
Feeling so much better, taking my magic supplement again  so everything seems to be springing back into life again lol, for the time being so making the most of it. Thanks for sending best wishes. x

Thank you for dropping by and here's hoping the Suns going to shine this weekend! Have a lovely weekend.

White on White

Afternoon everyone, another beautiful sunny day here, hope your getting some too. My card today, have gone white on white, again just die cuts. Not much to it, saying that, took me ages to make, deciding what and where everything was going. A twenty minute card maybe but all the dithering beforehand!

Tonight I'm sharing a Ruby Wedding card I made the other week, seem to have been at Wedding cards on and off for weeks. All quite similar using hearts and embossing folders, that's what my friend wanted so that's what she got. I said in my last Wedding card post that was the last of the hearts ribbon but found a wee bit to finish this one off and a shopping trip last week I found some more and I got it in red too.

Wedding

Another Wedding card today and it's a white on white once again and no cutie images. Made using up some of my scrap card. This time using pearlised card except from the sentiment, just couldn't get the printer to accept I WANT  pearlised, gggrrrr!

Hearts topper

Used Martha Stewart around the page punches, Craft Concept embossing stitch folder, used die cuts for the hearts and embossed the top ones with SU embossing folder. Got little crosses on it so embossed at an angle to look like kisses. The hearts ribbon I've had for years and finally it's all gone. Added a heart pin, roses and bow to finish.

And Another!!

A Silver Wedding Card yet again. Seen the TH Weathered Clock face and had to have it and wanted to use it for this occassion. Going to be a real handy die I think. Love working with a few different pieces, inking and arranging, mind you waste time placing this way and that way till I'm happy with arrangement. Sometimes just can't decide, could probably make a couple in the time....

Just about reached the end of July, Summer fast coming to an end, well it's never really got going up here, been so cold over the last week apart from one good day. Heating back on and today I'm sitting here with a thick woolly cardigan on, what on earth am I going to do when Winter comes I do not know!! Least I think the in crafting mode has returned and hope it's here to stay. Why I leave everything to the last moment I don't know, was asked to make this card a couple of weeks ago for today and just got it finished last night.

BY THE CUTE AND GIRLY MAY CHALLENGE Reminder

Gosh May is flying by and we've had a tremendous response this month with our Anything Goes challenge, just about fell off my seat when I saw how many entries there was in the first week. Finally found some time to comment and Mr Blogger had other ideas, great! Never mind caught up on some yesterday, so many talented folks out there, the time just flew buy looking at them.  Life and blogging  for me at the mo is a bit upsy down! So much going on and taking it's toll on my health but hopefully things are going to settle down soon and I can get crafting again. To top it all have been rather greedy and helped myself to the cold and my hips are playing up again so off to visit the Osteopath tomorrow to hopefully put things right and going to have a bit of Acupuncture to give me a boost, works wonders on the cloudy head I seem to get!!! So beware lol!!
My second sample creation for this months challenge is my Son's Wedding Invitation. Made fifty one of them and forty simpler versions for the evening, kinda scunnered myself on the card making front after that, more cards than I have ever done throughout a whole year.  Was going to have them all done and dusted way back but just didn't happen. I hope you like my design, have had some lovely feedback since they have gone out, makes it all so worth while and Kelly loved them which is the most important thing. Don't want to see another duplicate card for awhile!
Hope I can catch up with you all very soon, missing you all.x
