A Little Reminder!

All dressed up!

The card I'm showing today was made in error! As usual head elsewhere and completely went of in a different direction with my DT card so had to go back to the drawing board at the last minute. Never mind will come in handy for someone in the future.

Cut Linen card with Tim Holtz Tattered Florals, stamped with checked Hero Arts stamp and inked using Tim Holts inks. Crumpled them up and layered.

Simply Create DT Canvas

One of my final creations for Simply Create Alford. Just loved the Glitz Design papers when I saw them, so Summery and finally after all my upheavels over the past month I got to play. Well did I know what to do with them! No, was completely stumped. Had a canvas infront of me and not a clue what to do with it! So after much faffing about, cutting papers this size and that and thinking was I wasting all my gorgeous papers, everything seemed to fit into place. Such a Summery scene now needed an image I thought would do my Canvas justice and what better image than this sweet image, I think she's called 'Birdie Girl' . Going to hang this on the wall in my Sunroom. Hopefully a good omen for a Scorcher of a Summer!

By The Cute & Girly June Challenge

It's the start of Summer and looks like it's going to be lovely weather for the next few days up here if we can believe what the weather forecast is saying. Hope so, a garden overgrown with weeds, why do they take over, blame the farmer, hubby in my case, weeds galore behind the fence. So hopefully will get out and do something about it. May flew by for me and very little crafting or blogging but hopefelly I've turned the corner and what better way to start than this months challenge over on By The Cute & Girly. Our theme this month has been set by my lovely teamie Geraldine and it's 'In the Garden'
