On Your Wedding Day

 Well I'm not sure where my week went, I'm sure someone out there has pressed the fast forward button. Life's going just a wee bit too fast for me, so much I would like to do but before I know it it's bedtime.  Spent Friday evening making a Wedding card. Haven't made one in  a while. Decided to go white on white apart from the backing card and no cutie images as it's for an older couple. One down one to go, not sure if it's for the same person or not so will have to get my thinking cap on so not to make them to much the same.

Wedding Day Sentiment - Anita's Stamps inked up with TH Stormy Sky and clear embossed. Matted and layered with Nesties. Embossed with SU embossing folder, added pearls to finish.

Crafts-Too Hearts embossing folder, handmade flowers, punched circles then embossed with SU folder, cut and rolled and added pearl to centres.

I'm Saying!

A simple card today, again the Penny Black Friendship stamps been inked up and when I think about it it's been mounted on the Memorybox flower wreath again too. Love the colours and papers, gives a real country feel to it I thinks! Off now to tidy my craft desk as I need to pull my Cricut out of the corner to finish off  my DT card for BTC&G, running late this month been a busy week, though not much to show for it I can tell you.

Spring Birthday

Afternoon everyone, inked up a LOTV image I found in my box of stamps which hadn't been shown any love, oops. Never mind she's all coloured up with Pro markers and gave her a home on these yummy First Edition papers, Hideaway, perfect for a Spring Birthday I think. Seem to have a thing with Daisies at the mo and  found these dies by Artemio at the SECC a few weeks back. Added Candi and layered with Memorybox die flourishes. Found the birthday sentiments in the drawer, been there some time and time I got and used them. Finished off with Gems and wee checked lemon bows.

Just Friends!

She's still making up here mind lol!
 Seems ages since I last posted or made a card. Health been getting in the way just recently, just couldn't get my head round card making or blogging so have had to go with the flo and hope things settled down and hoped it wouldn't stay around for too long. Things not quite right yet but decided to hopefully give it a push in the right direction cause was getting a bit fed up with it all. So apologies for not visiting you all on a regular basis.  Today I have used one of the new Stampavie  Sarah Kay images, just couldn't resist this pair of cuties when I seen them. or the challenge over at The Pink Elephant,  this week which was to use Kraft card. Have never coloured on it before and was trying to achieve an oldie look using the blues and browns. Not sure if I achieved that but love my card anyway so that's the main thing.

Midway Reminder By The Cute And Girly

  A warm welcome to you all this Thursday. Here today to show my second card  and Scrapbook page for our theme this month In The Kitchen over on By The Cute and Girly. Things a bit slow with entries this month so would like to encourage you to enter, I'm sure you have something related to our theme! My image was generously given by our sponsor this month Spesch Stamps and the one i chose had nothing what so ever to do with the theme but I loved the image and adapted it to suit. She was actually holding a cute wee frog but I thought I could add a cake instead which I cut from the papers I used. Like images that you can adapt if you need to. And since it's Mother's Day this weekend might just need it if my son comes at the last minute and ask if I have something suitable .

Sweet Sixteen

 Evening folks, I was asked by my friend if I could make a special sixteenth birthday card for her Niece, this is what i came up with so hope it's what she was hoping for!

This is my first time using a Saturated Canary image, she really scared me i can tell you but I really enjoyed colouring her and I'm really pleased how she turned out. So definitely wont be the last.  Coloured her with Promarkers and Fleximarkers then added a touch of Frosted Stickles.

The flowers are made using a scalloped Nestie circle, then embossed with a SU embossing folder and cut with a fancy edged scissors and rolled to created the flower. Cut a punched flower and glued together.

Greetings From The Wise

 No not me, although you've probably worked that one out long ago lol.
Well I've gone and done it, first Christmas card for 2012, woo hoo! Isn't he just gorgeous.... love owls and he is one cutie.  I would like to enter him in this weeks PB challenge, now the theme was to case it but didn't have a circle card. I could of made one on my Cricut but couldn't see it! I wonder why! So I made a topper and added it to a square card.

 Had three challenges in mind when I made this card. Not sure if yet again failed on the Less is More front. Just can't help myself but I love the simple fresh looking  appearance I have achieved. Sunshine and Flowers!

Afternoon folks, Definitely got the Sunshine, just need the flowers!
 Wow! Won the Stampalot challenge yesterday, thanks to Brenda  and a toot from Elaine on the Sugar Nellie blog, Great stuff.
I'm behind with visiting my blog friends, I hope you forgive me but yesterday, had such a lovely day out with my Hubby visiting all the little coastal villages from Fraserburgh in the North East of Scotland, right back to Cullen. Lived here all my life and had never seen any of them except the last two. Home of yummy icecream so visit them often lol. Took loads of photos which I hope will be scrapped in the near future.

Right back to card.
Made this card again from scraps and colour combo similar to my last card. All this fine weather makes you feel like making Springlike cards saying that, heard snow is coming our way this weekend, thought it was to good too last. Fine easy cards when Mr Mogo's feeling a bit flat lol.
