Happy Birthday Lily, I do hope you loved your birthday card as much as I did making it it. No stuffy cards she said even if I am going to be seventy. Well she certainly doesn't act it and I hope if I get there I'll still be living it up as much as her! Us crafting buddies took her out for the day to The Craft Boutique in Elgin (Sugar Nellie country) where we had a crafting class with Kate. Great fun had by all and came away with three beautiful cards. We then had coffee and delicious cupcakes Then we had a wee spend in the shop and back to the garden centre for a light lunch.. So many calories girls and you all on a diet. The weigh in tonight will be interesting lol.
Those yummy papers Honey Cake rearing there head again from my mind's eye. Image from Di's Digital Designs, coloured with Promarkers and Fleximarkers. Ribbon and Lace from the Ribbon Girl and roses, gems from stash.
A side view
Decided to decorate the inside, so much prettier, need to do this more often, I like. No poet but made up the verse myself.
Gosh I am whacked after our lovely day out, least the dinner's coming ready made tonight and it isn't hubby doing it, no chance there. Tescos Finest Beef Madras Curry. Best one i've tried off the shelf. Will let you see what we made in my next post. I'm behind with my visiting, please excuse me but will catch up as soon as I catch my breath!
bye for now.
