potty about you!

Well I almost finished another card last night, just had the sentiments too add, but was just too tired so thought I would get myself organised this morning, me organised, not my forte nowadays but then don't think I ever was when I think about it. Would drop whatever I was doing at the mention of  a shopping trip. Well I didn't get round to finishing card, went visiting friends . Just want to say thanks to Lily for the fab image, just what I wanted for this Fathers day card. Not an embelishment in site and personally like it just as it is.

One for the boys!

Oooo can I keep this up, two cards in 24hrs, hopefully another finished by the end of the day. Where on earth I unearthed the stamping card from I do not know but was being really stubborn with the blending in. The Sansodor and pencils just not working together, took an age to colour, funny some bits worked okay, got there in the end.

Just because!

Well, you would think after Saturdays demo with Kath which was brilliant,  I would be brimming with inspiration but I feel my mojos got washed away with all this rain and wind we have had the past week, not sure about the papers which I did like when I bought them and love this image but the fact I have dressed her with the papers, paperpiecing her outfit, something I have not done before, where's this leading? I don't know if I like it!! Oh well, hopefully I'll be better pleased with the next card. Father's day looming fast and have a few to make so this mojo thingy better show face sooner rather than later.

By The Cute & Girly June Challenge

Afternoon everyone . The start of a new month and a new Challenge over on By The Cute & Girly Blog,  'something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue'. Some fab prizes for the  winners This month  Meljen Designs is  generously providing  4 digi images to one lucky winner. Pop over and check her site, some fab images. I have used  "Pixie Dust Fairy" and "Love Birds" although when I think about it maybe I was only supposed to use one of them, well nothing new there with me, always remember when I'm doing the most unlikly things, no harm done I'm sure. The Love birds ideal for romance and the Pixie Fairy would be loved by any little girl I think. Please remember to check out the winners later and good luck.

Using Distress inks, inked cuttlebug folders and embossed onto linen card. Stamped with old letter writing by Hero Arts, mattered and layered, added pearls and flowers, blue inked larger one and added ribbon and sentiment made on computer. The image coloured with Prisma pencils
