Lavender & Lace

 Hello everyone, hope your weeks going well, mines going real good so far. Liz  starting following my blog and  left me a comment to say she had awarded me the Liebster Award. Thank you.  A really lovely thought and I would love to pass it on personally but may have to wait as have such a busy week ahead with must do everyday things before my Son comes home, have  things to sort  out for my Mum and Hubby at home. Never seem to get much done when he's around for some reason!  If there's a breather in-between events I will be onto it. A lovely voucher to spend in Bunnyzoes shop, the question being will I be able to keep to the amount! Let's just say I'll try my best lol! And finally WOO HOO! After waiting four years, Hubby has at long last made a start to the long awaited new Utility and Shower room extension. Now like any other alterations we've had done, I'm not holding my breath when we will actually be able to have a shower in it lol!
Okay, today's card. Seen Joanna Sheens challenge was Lavender and Lace. Now I never was much of a Purple person, wasn't my favourite colour to use and didn't own much stash of it  but recently I have made quite a few cards and bought stash to hoard lol! Wanted to have a practise at  colouring flowers and loved the thought of a Lavender and Lace creation.

Made an Easel card as I didn't want to clutter up the main topper.

Used Iced Diamond card from the Papeterie, Stamped with TH Lavander and embossed Hero Arts swirls background stamp. Inked edges and distressed with TH distressing thingymijig. Doily by Cheerylyn
