Hero Art Stamps & Me!

Finally finding time to play with my new Hero Art stamps. Quickly jotted down ideas that were floating around my head before they vanished out of sight. Why! cause I really wanted to get into this but first I had a DT card to make for BTC&G, still time to enter this months challenge Bling it on if you haven't already done so, cutting it fine this month but just about their.  Been a while using a few stamps on one card and you could say a bit anxious that it would all come together but hopefully it looks okay, I'm pretty pleased with it, what you think!! Love creating a blank canvas using stamps, think it's then really a me card, if you know what I mean!

Hero Arts - Branch Cling, Dictionary Happy Birthday Greeting, Live Life, Blossom Heart
Tim Holtz inks - Dusty Concord
Clear embossing powder
Sizzix Flourish Die

WOW! I think you've done a brilliant job! I love creating my own backgrounds too when I don't have the right DP (which isn't often, lol!)

Thx for sharing with us at Ladybug Crafts Ink!

Wow! I was wondering how the hell you managed to sew so completely following the shapes until I saw "used Poky tool & pen". The effect is very believable! Beautiful vard, thanks for playing with us at LCI this week!

That card is lovely, beautifully toned colours. Thank you for stopping by this morning and leaving such a beautiful comment. It is a technique I only got into last year so I am still learning - although I think you should always be learning something new every day.

Gorgeous card Carol. Of course I love the colour and great to see your new stamps. I've been playing with my Hero Arts and Distress Inks today. Susan and I made cards this afternoon a la Kath but too close to Kath's so I won't post! But I have made another this evening that I quite like so I'll post it tomorrow and see if anyone else likes it lol!!

Wow - love the way you have used all those stamps. Your stitching is great I've been having a go as I had the machine out but mines not straight! Well done for all the wins down the side.
